The year 2025 holds profound significance for Turkmenistan, marking the 30th Anniversary of the country’s permanent Neutrality – a historic and internationally recognized status, enshrined in a United Nations Resolution and reaffirmed as a foundation of Turkmenistan’s foreign and domestic policy. Over three decades, neutrality has become a defining element of Turkmenistan’s identity – a guarantor of peace, stability, and constructive international cooperation. This landmark anniversary also coincides with another major milestone – the 30th Anniversary of the International Conference and Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – OGT 2025.” The longevity of this flagship event reflects the success of Turkmenistan’s neutral and open energy diplomacy, which has fostered dialogue, mutual respect, and enduring partnerships across regions and continents. 

Under the wise leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan continues to pursue a forward-looking energy policy rooted in diversification, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
