SINOPEC's branch in Turkmenistan has produced more than 1 million tons of oil over the past four years, with the total value of production estimated at approximately USD 200 million, according to Biznes Reklama newspaper.

The project is being implemented by an international oilfield services company affiliated with the Chinese petrochemical corporation SINOPEC under a contract with the State Concern Turkmennebit.

During this period, the company has carried out a wide range of oilfield services, including drilling, well workovers, and enhanced oil recovery operations. The introduction of advanced technologies has contributed to an increase in daily oil production of more than 1,500 tons.

SINOPEC has also participated in projects at the Shatlyk, Dovletabad, Yashildepe, and Bagtyyarlyk fields, where it conducted drilling operations, major well repairs, and production enhancement activities aimed at increasing oil and gas output.

Looking ahead, the company plans to continue introducing advanced technologies in Turkmenistan, improve the efficiency of mature field development, and implement new projects to support the country's oil and gas industry.
